SFOF national meetings attract state treasurers, state auditors, state government staff, non-profit leaders, policy analysts, legislators, and friends from the private sector. At SFOF meetings, state leaders share their knowledge and experiences with each other and hear from national leaders and renowned policy experts who share their commitment to free-market policies.

Guest / Spouse Registration
Guest / Spouse registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses and immediate family members ONLY. No exceptions will be made. Guest / Spouse designation will be clearly visible on the SFOF name badge and must be worn at all times. Spouse registration for the 2021 Fall National Meeting includes all meals and outings.
Registration Process and Payment Methods
Conference registration for the meeting will not be confirmed until the registration process has been completed and the payment has been received and processed. In accordance with our policies, we review all registrations. This review policy ensures registrants have selected the most appropriate registration option. You will receive notification of registration status. The payment amount may be adjusted to reflect the correct registration type and fees associated.
The State Financial Officers Foundation (SFOF) cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please check for a confirmation email before committing to travel arrangements.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Registrations cancelled prior to 11:59 PM EDT October 15, 2021 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Registrations are non-refundable after 12:00AM EDT October 16, 2021.
To cancel, or if you have any questions on payment credits or substituting your registration email Melanie Kreifels. A refund will automatically be issued based on the policy above. Please allow 2-7 business days to process depending on the respective bank. Registration substitutions will not be allowed once the attendee has checked in to the event. Registrations cannot be shared.

SFOF is a forum for stakeholders to exchange ideas and develop real, state-based solutions to encourage growth, preserve economic security, and protect hardworking taxpayers. SFOF members understand the importance of hearing from all sides of an issue and value public-private partnerships in policy discussions. In order to foster an environment where all sides can be heard, you must speak in a civil manner when presenting at SFOF meetings.
By completing the registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped, or recorded. You grant permission for the State Financial Officers Foundation (SFOF) to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.
All SFOF state officials and staff must book their room by utilizing the hotel registration link above. All SFOF state officials are eligible for lodging scholarships for three nights beginning on Tuesday, November 2, checking out on Friday, November 5 at the $204 per night group rate.
