Noah Wall

Executive Vice President for Policy & Gov. Affairs

Noah Wall is the Executive Vice President for Policy and Government Affairs for the State Financial Officers Foundation. Noah joins SFOF with more than 15 years of experience in public policy, political campaigns and non profit management.

Noah has devoted his career to advancing the values our nation was founded upon: limited government, free markets, individual liberty and the rule of law. Noah is a recognized expert in influencing public policy at the federal, state and local levels.

Most recently at Freedomworks, Noah Wall served as Executive Vice President. At FreedomWorks, Noah helped lead the outside coalition in support of President Trump’s successful tax cut package in 2017, led efforts to repeal multiple federal regulations, and helped pass dozens of laws in states around the country.

Noah ran FreedomWorks’ multi-year effort to support and grow the House Freedom Caucus as a serious legislative organization dedicated to restoring the role of rank and file members in the legislative process. As part of this effort, Noah ran multiple seven figure independent expendature campaigns to elect conservative candidates to grow the HFC’s ranks and support their legislative agenda. This work culminated in January’s successful rules fight – which was nearly a decade in the making.

Noah worked in Virginia Politics for 6 years, most notably as Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s Political Director. While in Virginia, he helped elect more than a dozen state legislators, members of congress and local elected officials. He was personally active in state politics, serving on the Republican Party of Virginia’s State Central Committee.

His first job in politics was as an intern for Idaho Congressman Bill Sali’s campaign in 2008. He graduated with a degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University in ‘08.

Noah lives with his beautiful wife Meredith and two boys, Percy and Charlie, in Fairfax Station, Virginia.Â
